Course 1

  • Confit Duck Leg, Red Onion & Balsamic Jam, homemade Walnut Bread or
  • Grilled Sesame & Local Honey Goat Cheese, Herb Salad, Ciabatta Croutons

Course 2

  • Gin & Tonic Salmon Gravadlax, Pickled Cucumber Pearls, Lemon Balm Dressing or
  • Prosecco & Lime Granita

Main Course

  • Nick’s Pork Pork Tenderloin Collops, glazed with Shropshire blue, Buttered Coarse Grain Mustard Mash, Bacon-wrapped Fine Beans, Apple & Sage Jus or
